By accessing or using gsyrocks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

gsyrocks is a bouldering logbook web application that allows users to track their climbing ascents, discover new climbs on a map, contribute climb information, and view climbing leaderboards.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of gsyrocks, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

When using gsyrocks, you agree NOT to:

• Upload false or inaccurate climb information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the service

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (climb information, photos, descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it.

6. Leaderboards and Rankings

Leaderboards display user statistics based on logged climbs. We calculate rankings based on the data provided by users. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset any leaderboard data that appears to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on gsyrocks, including but not limited to logos, graphics, code, and design, are the property of gsyrocks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

gsyrocks is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Climbing is inherently dangerous. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using climb information from our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gsyrocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
